I keep getting a false death on my iphone 4s?

It goes "dead" and shows the charging logo, but then comes right back on when I hit the home and power button down.

Same is happening to me with my iPhone 5. I don't understand it, I hope you get a good answer here because it must be a common problem.

Twitter app keeps giving me false number of notifications on Iphone 5s? Its been happening for a few weeks now, I see other people have had this happen before but they said it was fixed a few days go, but I'm still experiencing it on my phone, when I exit out of the app, there's always a number with the red bag icon on the Twitter app, even though I checked it. IPhone 5s rumor? True or false? I hear that you can't buy the 5s unless you are eligible for an upgrade or are signing a new contract, is this true? I have had the 4s for a little over a year and I'm on a two year contract, can I buy the 5s from the apple store then just activate it? Does it cost money to activate a new phone?
How to get rid of false false entrys on my iPhone contact list? Many of my contacts on my iPhone are listed under F. This is because the second and fourth line entry is" false". I did not enter this. When I try to delete the second and fourth line to fix the problem, it switches back within minutes.
