I locked myself out of my iphone and ipad

I recently changed the password on my iphone and ipad because my little brother figured it out!
i now can't remember the new one and i don't know what to do, is there a ay i can reset my whole phone and ipad? There's nothing on there very valuable so this wouldn't be a problem… Please help!

You can restore the devices to their factory settings by connecting them to iTunes, and I think that's the only way.

I think if you go to restore it iTunes, It would unlock everything.

Restore them. Next time, write the passwords down.

Ok so i've locked myself out off my Windows 7 Home Premium computer, forgot password and don't have a recovery tool… I've tried the "Start in safemode with Command Prompt" way but without success.
