The Only Way To Do That Would Be If you Have Used it in the Past as a Profile Picture If You Have Not Used it Yet As a Profile Picture That Won't Be Possible to Do

If You Used it in the Past Go To Your Profile Pictures Photo Album

Go to The Photo

Then Tap Set as Profile Picture

I have an iphone if it means anything. Can somebody help me?
