I need a GPS mapping tool app for my iphone?

So I'm a real estate agent who specializes in helping people in default avoid forclosure and save their credit. Most phone numbers are on the DNC list so I need to go visit them in person.

I have the addresses and I would like to put them into some kind of GPS tool app for my phone so that whenever I'm driving by one of the addresses I can stop and visit the owner to help them out.
