I need an app programmer to code and design an iOS app for iphone?
Looking for reasonable coder to produce my app. Where can i find amateur programmers willing to work for me?
I have used odesk for freelance projects in the past. I would put a very rough spec on there, invite a few freelancers who have clearly done the work before and ask them to quote on it as well as just waiting for the incoming enquiries. You can see what other projects people have worked on and their feedback so makes it much more likely that the project will run smoothly!
