I need an app that will auto transfer downloaded music into my music library?

Apple products only allow you to transfer anything to it from iTunes. However you can email stuff or put it in the cloud and pull it down from there.
You don't say what your transferring from. If its from your computer just open up iTunes and drag all your music into the iTunes library. You can copy multiples all at once or one at a time. However once you do that you need to keep it in the same place on your computer or next time you sync your iPhone to iTunes it will be lost.
There are apps to transfer from other devices like bump however apple puts blocks on music all it lets you have is a link to a URL its in via email. Androids don't have those restrictions they actually transfer into and from your phone.
