Did you preserve your baseband?

You can go into the "about" in the settings.app, and look at modem firmware, if your baseband is 5.15.x then you can't unlock(You'll have to upgrade it to 6.15.x) but if your baseband is 5.13.x, 5.14.x or. 6.15.x, then you can unlock it
