Which cell phone do you think is less likely to get stolen?

Considering that the iPhone5 and the iPhone 5S have the same casing, and are impossible to determine difference at a distance, I would consider them to be equal in the "likelihood of theft" rating.
Did you mean iPhone 5C instead of "iPhone 5s"? The brighter colors would make the phone more visible to others, and hence may be at a slightly higher risk of theft, with all other factors being equal, compared to other iPhone models.
Well, when a criminal wants to steal something… He or she generally does not think about the model of the phone that he or she wants to steal. He or she generally just walks up, sees an iphone, and steals said iphone. No prior thought about which phone to steal enters their head. They just see a phone, and they steal said phone. Nobody wakes up and says "well today I think I'll go for iphone 5c's." All are equally likely to get stolen.
- Your opinion: Best protective case for an iPhone? It seems the Otterbox is the most go-to brand but does a Griffin case do just as well? What other brands work? I'm new to the iPhone world and I don't really want to drop and damage an expensive phone.

- Regarding sending something back with a warranty and returning something broken to a seller on amazon? I ordered a charger for my iPhone and it comes with a 18 month worry free warranty and my charger broke. So I was wondering can I return it to the seller in a envelope in my mailbox and same thing for the other thing that is broken. like or do I have to go to ups and ship it like that
