I over used 65% of my data on my iPhone 4
I have AT&T and I hardly use the 3G just for iMessage which is texting… Does that cost money I have unlimited and it's not Internet? I also sometimes go on twitter but only for a few mins in the car when I'm bored… I clear out the apps when I leave my house by double clicking the home button and the apps I used I will shut off with the red circle with the white line across does that shut them off or do I have to log out of everything so my data won't be used?
IMessage is NOT texting. It uses data every time you send or receive messages.
Unless you turn off mobile data, the phone still uses about 1 MB of data daily
The phone won't use any data unless you have apps polling like news alerts, etc, but even then that is very small. Turn Wi-Fi on at home so its free data, texting is nothing… So little it won't matter even if texting alot. Facetime, video watching etc, viewing websites, takes up most of the data. I read news apps and sports apps all day long (apps not websites as they are better imo) and my data is always low.
- Why is my iPhone copying the same video over and over? So I took a screen recording earlier today and when I went to send it, there were about 50 of the same video. I thought alright i'll just delete them. So I did. And they returned. I now have over 300 of the same video and it keeps copying itself.
- Why does Netflix keep pausing and playing over and over? I'm using it on my iphone 4. And I have checked my connections over and over I've uninstalled reinstalled, signed in signed back and everything else that the troubleshoot website has recommend. And it's gotten annoying. It didn't start doing this as much until I updated the app before the ios 7 release. I'm currently using the trial for netflix and my laptop doesn't work so I can get it on anything but my phone.
- Why does my iphone use data over night when cellular data is turned off? Every night I turn off cellular data and leave the iPhone on and one day I wake up and check my data manager and see i have already used 25 MB please help!
- My iphone rebooting over and over? My iphne has been reboting itself. Its on for a few minutes but it just boots it self again. I tried every method but non of them work. I need the method for iphone 3g ios 6
