I purchased a faulty iPhone 6 what are my rights?

I purchased the iPhone 6 on contract from three via their tele-sales. It's got a hardware fault with the speaker making it nearly impossible to hear calls. It's 4 days old. I want a replacement not a repair. I also need the replacement As soon as possible
