I restored my iphone 4, but now the screen is black?
I spilled water on my iphone and put it in rice to take out the water. I turned it on and charged it and it worked fine until it got to about 80% battery. Then it went black. So I plugged it in, it said it was in recovery mode so I restored it as a new iphone after the screen stayed black after restoring it to my backed up phone. There appears to be power since when I plug it into my computer it is recognized, but the screen is black.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Added (1). I left it in the rice for over 24 hours. It was working perfectly normally for a while, but then it wasn't.
Did you leave it in the rice 24 hours before you turned it on? If not, there probably isn't much hope. I'm sorry. I know how it feels.
