I scratched my iphone 4s screen?

So they are a little deep. I was wondering if i could do anything to hide them? They are around the home button so any cover that covers the sides and the home button area? What else can i do to hide them?

Really nothing you can do to hide them, if they're not actually on the screen area, a lot of cases will cover everything but the screen.
