I see a dark figure? I can see it almost any place I go

I've been seeing this since I moved in to an old house when I was 15. I told my parents and they took me to a doctor saying that their recent divorce was causing the problem. I was put on some medicine to help with the problem but it never helped. The dark man only showed up in my room at night or when the lights were dark so I'd just leave the lights on all the time. When I moved out of the house when I was 17 with my dad all was good until about 3 weeks into living there I woke up and couldn't speak/scream and the thing was standing over me and its the 1st time he spoke to me he said" you think leaving can get you away from me I've always been here" it was exactly like that Nor was it perfect English that's what I understood of it. The next night my lamp was knocked off and the lights when out I couldn't see anything so I reached for my phone buy my hand was grabbed and pinned back I felt my stomach start to burn then I finally was able to get the flashlight on my iPhone opened and I was the black figure heard a laugh then it kinda slithered down and went under the bed. I waited until I could ketch my breath and the heaviness in the air disappeared and I ran into the living room. What can I do?

I think you should ask a priest how you can get rid of the entity.
Sometimes they can help. My mother was tormented by a spirit after playing on a ouija board.
She never asked a priest to bless the house but it did finally leave her alone.
Try not to be afraid, I know it is a hard thing to do. We fear what we do not understand.
Sometimes they feed off of fear. Don't worry, I've heard lots of true stories about ghosts and usually no one gets hurt.
