I shattered the screen on my iPhone, can Apple replace just the screen?

Is it possible to only get the glass screen replaced or will I need to get a new phone? And if Apple can replace it, how much will it cost?

No, Apple will not replace the screen. Instead they will get you a new iPhone. This is completely free if you paid the warranty. This happened to my dad before, so I would know.
