I sold someone something on eBay and he wants a return because the shipping?
So I sold this guy a iPhone 3GS and I stated in the description it had a small crack at the bottom of it and he knew that but he's not worried about it and when he received the item he said the power button was hard to turn on and the speakers didn't work. I said no returns accepted before he bought it and I fully tested it out before shipping it too him. He sounds pissed and I told him it was most likely shipping because there's a lot of stuff being shipped out to people all around the world so it could have gotten crushed or what not I also gave him 25 very nice and expensive screen protectors for a I touch 4g that I laid 50 for them and he bought this iPhone and the protectors as a bundle for 90 and I said you got a good deal and it wasn't broken before but he wants a refund… I'm not giving it too him because I said I wouldn't. He said its my responsibly to get it too him and I out bubble wrap in it for him and stuff. What do I do I'm not giving him a refund or anything
Well if your item said no returns. Then no returns. He can't really do anything but cry and complain so don't worry.can't always have a happy customer.
This may sound harsh, but there's not much you can do except to accept his return request and refund him the money. EBay holds the seller accountable for delivering the item in the condition described in the listing. This means if it is broken in transit, eBay will count this as your responsibility. If you refuse to refund, you risk yourself getting a negative feedback from your customer. Plus you customer may also open a Significantly Not As Described case which will likely force a full refund upon returns from you whether you agree or not. A SNAD case also counts as negative rating toward your selling performance.
I'm not siding with eBay or your buyer. But that's just how eBay works. It looks like you will have to refund sooner or later. Sorry about that.

It's free to me and he said he would gift me $20 on paypal if I do it. Is this legit or is this guy trying to pull something on me? It has a clean imei so it wouldn't be an issue, I just don't know if this is something that is going to get me into trouble
