I suddenly can't see far away very well?

I was playing draw something on my iPhone and I had my phone pretty close to my face, like 2-3 inches away and when I stopped playing, my vision suddenly was somewhat blurry. Words on posters almost doubled, I could still read the big letters but I had to squint to see them clearly and normally. I've never had vision problems or had to squint to see something clearly in my life. It's been like 10 minutes and my vision still kinda sucks. It's not as good as it was before I was playing the game on my phone. What should I do? Can I do something to get my vision back to normal?

First of all did you really need your I-Phone that close in order to see it? You didn't say how long you were playing that game but I assume it was for a long while. Your eyes have de-focused and it is hard to say if you did permanent damage or not. But if things continue to be blurry then you need to get your eyes checked out and don't be surprised to be told that you need glasses.
