I think my house is haunted?

Lately weird stuff has been happening to us (neighbors and my family). I was looking in the mirror the other day, and it moved, along with my dream catcher? The same day, my neighbors iphone was texting by itself, saying weird stuff like "Don't touch my fork " and the fork kept falling on the floor when she was washing dishes, and she kept picking it up. It also texted by itself today, in her own hand. She was watching it text by itself, and it was saying her little sisters were playing in the bathroom, but they were actually sleeping. And her friend asked her if it was her and it texted yeah… Sometimes i hear someone running upstairs. I'm so freaked out?

Id get a new phone but you can try and find some paranormal investigators. Can sometimes a spirit can be attach to an object. And they need a small power source to do stuff. If you see more active in the weeks to can or it get worse then you can have a priest come in too.

Send a priest to bless the house, make a few prayers at night also light a few saint candles they sell at stores these help protect you from evil spirits.

Better yet, yet a camera and record it. I'd love for somebody to catch some good solid evidence of ghost activity.
