I think someone may have used my number somehow?
Some random number texted me asking "who is this?" And I asked who they were because they texted first. They said "i don't know you texted me first worth's photo. But it's a download and I can't open it." But I didn't see a photo or a text from me anywheee and I don't remember sending anything. I thought it may have been some random scammer because I signed up signed up for this thing with my number a few days ago but then I asked who the person texting was and it was someone I knew from school… So now I'm not sure if someone hacked my iCloud or something. If someone can explain i would like help investigating.

I don't know but this literally happened to me too a few months back. I thought that was me for a second lol. It's not btw.
It is a scam either way. Numbers are easy to spoof. Someone could have spoofed your number and then sent this person a text message with the download. Or this person is trying to pull a scam on you by messaging you first and then asking something of you.
Just drop the whole thing and ignore it.
- Someone sent me an email from iphone, can i get their number from it somehow? A client of mine sent me an email from their iphone but i can't find their number to call them back. Is there a way i can get it from the email they sent?
- If someone were to block my text now number would it block my normal number? I was teasing my girlfriend on my text now and she blocked me and I tired calling her and texting her on my normal number but she won't reply and it only run once and hung up. She has an iPhone, would it block my normal number if she blocked my text now number?
- I want the iPhone X but I still have until May 2019 on my AT&T contract? I have the iPhone 7 but the iPhone X is enticing me into purchasing it. What are my options? I'm already sick of my 32 gb phone. I just want the camera on the iPhone X honestly, that's the only reason why I want it.
- I may or may not have broken my iPhone I went to push the power button on top and it's like stuck. Its not popping back up like it should. Is there any way to fix this without having to send it off. My mom would kill me if I really broke it, please help.
