I turned my text and keyboard down on my iPhone 5 how do I turn it back up?

I somehow turned my ringers down for my texting and my keyboard on my phone and I don't know his to get it back up? I went into my settings on my phine then clicked on sounds and they are all all the way up is there another way I can make it Louder?
