I updated my iphone 4 and it won't turn on?
I updated my iphone 4 this morning to IOS 7.1.2(not sure if it's 7.1.2 but its 7 for sure) and left it alone to update. Then when i picked it up it was turned off and when i turned it back on it showed me that picture. I tried to connect it to itunes on my laptop and i think i should restore the factory settings or something else… But when i tried to do both of them there was a problem and i couldnt do it. Any help please?
Sounds like you OS got corrupt. You're going to have to do a factoy reset. Try putting it in DFU mode: http://www.iphonehacks.com/put-iphone-in-dfu-mode
. This will force the phone to start looking for the OS install from the computer. Hook it up to iTunes once in DFU mode and it should prompt you to restore it.
- Updated my iphone 3g now it won't turn on I updated my iphone 3g and it came up with and error so i tried to restore it several times and then it went off and it has been a week of charging it, attempting to turn it on, looking through you tube videos and NOTHING WORKS!
- My itunes says it hasn't updated een though I updated it? I went to update my iphone and it said I had to update my itunes first and restart my computer (i have a macbook.) So I did all that and went to try and update my phone again and it still said I had to update my itunes first so I did it again and it is still not allowing me to update my iphone. - I updated my iPhone and now it won't download apps? My phone said it was ready for a software update and ever since I can't download apps. I thought the update must have taken up a lot of memory so I deleted 9 apps, over 600 photos, and over an hour of music but still no luck! I go to click download in the App Store, I'm prompted to type in my password and then it just never downloads. Any help greatly appreciated!
