I've been sold a blacklisted iPhone?
I recently bought an iPhone 5c from Game, who told me the phone was ex-contract. However, after owning the phone for 3 days it stopped working and I finally found out it had been blacklisted. I'm going to be able to get a full refund from them, but I was wondering if I'd be able to get any compensation at all for wasting my time, and for breach of contract. Any advice would be helpful!
You'll only get the refund.
If you could get more than that, then anyone could return anything that didn't work for more than they paid, since they could also collect for the hassle of finding out it was broken, and having to return it, etc. But that's not the real world, where you don't always get compensated for every inconvenience.
You can try, but you are only legally entitled to a refund of the price paid unless you can PROVE the costs involved

I was at school and my brother came and took my phone because he found someone that wants it I gave it to him and he said he will format it… I'm really scared I don't want my photos to go everywhere! They also said in the video that this happened to a girl! My brother sold it to some girl I'm really worried is it true that they can get the photos back?
