I've had an invoice for items that I haven't been paid for on Ebay?
I put my iPhone on ebay and it was won by a bidder who then decided to do a U turn and not pay for it. I then re-listed the item thinking this was ok, which was then bought by another bidder, who two weeks on has still not paid, But has messaged me asking for my 'Paypal email' - dodgy to say the least. What do I do? We're talking like £50 here! Money I don't have!

So why haven't you filed the unpaid item dispute? When that goes through, you get the FVF credited back.
A buyer may choose to pay you directly via your email address.
It may either be a genuine buyer who is having trouble with Paypal or a scammer.
File Unpaid item disputes on both 'sales'.
I'd personally compare an ebay sale price against Cex. With a 50 quid sale, you'll end up with 38 at most.
Takes an hour at most to get the cash, no listing fees, no selling fees, no paypal fees and no aggro.
- Why has ebay charged me a monthly invoice? All the others were pretty unclear, basically i sold an iphone on ebay for £200 the buyer paid via paypal and i was charged £5.11 as fees, this was on the 21st april 2013 now i have an ebay message from ebay sayin i owe £26.58 for the period between april 16th 2013 to may 15th 2013. Can someone tell me why this is and how i can stop it?
- What happens to Messages sent to Iphone if I haven't paid my bill? I have an Iphone. I forgot to pay my bill. I have a friend who tried to message me, but I couldn t receive them because they aren t Imessages. Will I receive the messages he sent me when I pay my bill?
- What are my rights - went into shop, paid, but turns out I was mis sold the items? I went into a shop the other day with £350, spent the full amount on goods - paid via contactless app (iPhone). Turns out however that the payment was declined, but the cashier wasn't aware at the time and sent me on my way. A week has passed and a letter has been sent to my address stating that I haven't paid (this is how I found out) What are my rights to the goods? Obviously a good man will pay but is this their fault thus, without my resolution, they're out of pocket?
- Got an iPad which I haven't used in ages! The password has been disabled and never backed up to iTunes etc? Is there anyway to back up the photos etc - any apps or software - I don't want to lose them… Any trusted sites to help?
