I've just restored iPhone on my macbook, and got rid of all my new numbers, anything i can do?
Cheers
Commonly, you can't recover your new numbers from your own iCloud or iTunes. IPhone backup works in this way. Once you add new data, it will eras youre old data. For your restored data, it called new on iPhone. So your current data has been removed after your restoring iPhone.
But you can use some other tools from internet to have a try. They always do work. One tool, FoneLab for iOS, I have used it before, adn it does work well. You can have a try.
Hope it can help you.

- If I got a new iPhone and I typed my Apple ID in the new iPhone will I get all my thing on it? I already have an iPhone but I'm getting a new one soon. To be honest I don't really know what an Apple ID is so I was thinking that once I got my new iPhone and I typed in my previous ID would I get all my apps and photos and stuff like that?
- I just got an iphone 3g and it won't let me download anything? My blackberry broke so i'm using my dads old phone which is an iphone 3g. I have a data plan and everything but i'm trying to download the basic apps like facebook and twitter its not letting me. Its saying i don't have the most recent update of iOs so i can't download it. Is it possible to download the older versions of apps or any way to get around this?
