I wanna make my own iphone 4 cover?

So i'm pretty artistic and I love doing things myself… I recently bought an iphone 4 and i want to cover one of my plain ugly cases with layers of ribbon… My only problem is cutting out the camera hole.
I thought i could fold it down around the hole or cut olittle slits in the ribbon so it folds cleaner… But ithe hole might be too small…
does anyone have any ideas?
also i was having trouble thinking how i could get the ribbon to fold over the edges and stay flat, like at the top and sides of the cover where it has the walls to clip on the the phone. If you get me? Haha
