I want 2 Buy IPhone 4 from China?

I had some questions regarding BUY IPhone 4 from China.
1-If I buy it from China, Can I use it in USA, She said IPhone is gonna be Unlock.
2-What's difference between USA IPhone and China IPhone?
3-If I bought from China what's next Step? I must go to AT&T or Verizon? Or Apple store?
4-Do I can use for both Company? At&t and Verizon? Maybe T-mobile or others?
5-How about Warranty? Is there any place that I can get Warranty in USA?
6-Any idea or suggestion?
7-Have you ever heard any Problem on this way?
8-How about IPad 2&3

Yeah I think it can be used but it depends on where you buy it. If you're buying it from specific phone company that has an iPhone as a product you probably can use it in the USA. For example if you're buying it from At&t, t&t uses SIMs so you can use it and change the SIM.
But if it's from a company like Verizon which uses GSM than you can't b/c it's doesn't use a SIM and you can't change the company.

The difference between an iPhone for USA then an iPhone from China is 1. The language (but you can always change that) 2. The company / service. But thats all, everything else should be the same.

When you come back to America, all you have to do is change the SIMs. It's that simple. But changing the SIM from an iPhone is kinda difficult so you might want to visit an Apple Store for some help.

If you want to return it, you can't return to a American Apple store. They don't accept it. So if somethings wrong you have go back to China and return it which is bummer:/

But anything else is fine, so overall you CAN buy an iPhone from China.it'll work the same, but if you're an English reader then right after you buy the phone as one of the workers to help you change the language back to English.

And finally the iPad. Since the iPad doesn't need much to have it work. You can buy the iPad and it will work PERFECTLY in America so no worries. But I'm not sure but in Asia some the electricity is different so you might want to ask about that and will the charger adapt to the American electricity volt.
