I want an iPhone? Almost 13?

Well I'm 12… 13 in December (just after Christmas) and I really want an iPhone. I kind of feel left out from others.
I'm almost a teenager and I've had a regular phone for 2 years now! I took care of it very well.
My sister and I are twins, she is also has good grades etc and takes care of her phone.
My mom said she'd look into getting a monthly payment but then said I couldn't have one until next Christmas or even the one after! I was pretty sad as she said I could have one.

I worked it out and i found a good website (with a sim and free delivery) Its £23.50 a month, witch is double for us. But since i stopped buying lunch we save around £50 a month (school lunch is expensive) My mum was looking on the wrong website probably.

They do seem expensive but it would be part of my Christmas presents etc. I wouldn't need many presents. I worked out it would take 13 months to pay out. But I'd help and use all of my pocket money towards it, I wouldn't need it really.

In other words, i don't want one… I'm afraid I'll break it or lose it or maybe I'm just too young anyway.

Should i ask my mum for one or should i wait until I'm 14?

What is a regular phone as apposed to an iphone? What exactly are you left out of? If for some silly reason you want a iphone just because all your friends have one (meaning you just want to be like everyone else) I would say no to you also.

Work it into your Christmas gift. Tell your parents you will let them put restrictions on it if they want (you may not like it, but that may get you it if you tell them that, so thats better then not having one).

According to the terms of use, you shouldn't even be using this site. If I were your mum, I'd say you can get an iPhone when you're old enough to buy the phone and pay your part of the phone bill (the whole thing, not just "help out.")

No, you should get an Android phone. Android phones are much better. Or you can get a Blackberry. Those are good too but they're for more mature people.

Ask your parents for and Android phone for Christmas or for a Blackberry if you want to be more mature.

I want an iPhone. I really do - but I can't afford one because I need to pay my mortgage, my bills, petrol for my car and save up for Taxing it in November.
