I want my money back from an eBay seller?

I purchased an iPhone 6 Plus case 5 days ago. Since then, my item has not been shipped. I went as far as to contact the seller at least 4 times, but I have gotten no respond. I learned I could file a dispute and get my money back at if I do it upon a set date. Can someone please help inform me on this?

If you don't get your item within a certain time eBay will refund your money… Of coarse eBay will contact them to try and resolve the situation first before taking action… If the seller and buyer don't resolve it then eBay forces seller to give your money back…

Look at the estimated delivery time for the item. EBay usually won't let you open a case until at least the expected delivery range has expired. Some sellers sell lots of items, and can't immediately respond to every email. Those selling things like phone cases tend to sell thousands, but because they don't make a lot per item, they don't have a huge staff. I believe eBay technically can allow sellers an entire 30 days to ship from when an auction ends.

Also, things like phone cases often are sold out of China. You might not get shipping confirmation.

It sounds like you're panicking way too rapidly about your item getting shipped. You have something like 60 days after the auction closes to open a case. Give the seller a chance to ship. If you open a case too quickly, you can make a big mess and look like the bad guy. Remember you're usually dealing with private individuals who need to get away from daily life and head over to the post office, not big formal corporate merchants like Amazon who have massive warehouses and thousands of staff shipping things around the clock.
