You can't put change a sim card to a different carrier or but a sim card for a specific company in another phone unless you get it unlocked.

Unfortunately you can't. Sprint disables the SIM Card slot on the iPhone, and you need the SIM Card slot to use AT&T since AT&T is a GSM network.
