I want to lock my screen while listening to music on YouTube on the on the iPhone?
How can I listen to music on YouTube on my iPhone and lock it without the music stopping? Is it even possible?
Its YouTube, meaning its meant for watching videos and Apple doesn't want you to accidentally lock the screen while watching a video. So I don't think its possible.
It used to do it but since the new update it would pause it every time you lock it
- Why can't i play youtube videos in background/lock screen on my iphone anymore? I always used to be able to do this, is there any way to still do it? Or is there any way to get an older version of the app that will alow me to do it? And does anyone know why they stopped this function? Very frustrating!
- What are some good free music listening apps for an iPhone? I have used the app spotify and did not care for it. I would still like find a app where you can find a song and listen to it for free. I already know of Pandora and use it but I want something that you can create your own playlist and listen to it for free.
- My iphone lags when I watch youtube, skips couple seconds while i listen to music? Ok so I don't know why but since I got the new ios 7 update, my iphone started to play funny. The other day I was playing music and I noticed that it was skipping seconds in a song in like 1/5 songs. Today on netflix and youtube, my phone starts to lag when I open either youtube or netflix. Like the video needs time so it goes back to normal. I don't know if it's the update that I should be worried about or my iphone. Btw it's an iphone 4.
- Lock screen on iPhone 4 says on for a while? So when i check the time on my phone, it stays there for 13 seconds. It used to be for 5 seconds. I dropped it twice today… But nothing happened. This used to be with my iPod but now its back to 5 seconds. I've dropped my iPod way more times but haven't lately. My phone is 2 years old. My iPod is a 4th generation like my iPhone with iOS 6 and can't update it for several reasons. Will it go back like my iPod did? And yes I've tried turning it on and off!
