Have you tried connecting it to a computer with iTunes installed?
What has happened is it got put into recovery mode due to an interruption when being reset. The only fix is a restore via iTunes
- My iPhone 6 was ran over, what's the chances it wasn't just the screen that broke? It got ran over, and upon inspection, the glass was shattered and popped off the frame. But nothing else seemed broken, (I didn't look at the battery yet.) So my iPhone was run over, what's the chance it was JUST the screen that's broke?
- My iphone 5s won't restart since I tried to update my phone with ios11 last night & I guess my phone ran out of battery in the middle When I try to turn my phone on its shows the apple logo & then a logo showing itunes with charging option comes up. I tried looking over solutions over the interent but can't find any. Is there any way I can reset my phone or sth else that can be helpful?
- My iphone 4 says connect to itunes and I can't get out of it? So I unlocked my Iphone 4 for tmobile and I was using it today but then I tried to Backup and Restore it. After it shows the itunes icon and says to plug it in to my computer. But when I plug it in it doesn't even show that my iphone is plugged into the computer or itunes. I restored and EVERYTHING. I don't know what else to do. I need to get passed the connect to itunes part so I can access my phone.
- IPhone stuck on apple logo after resetting and won't connect to iTunes? Ok so I reset my iPhone (settings-general-reset entire phone) and now it's frozen on the apple logo with a loading wheel, I know how to fix it but the main problem is that I actually never connected my iPhone to iTunes and I just recently downloaded iTunes but my PC won't read my iPhone… Can anyone help me on how to fix it without connecting it to iTunes?
