I would like to know about the scam of selling electronics in very cheap price?

Dear all,
Nowadays, there are many people who are selling iphones and many electronic stuff such as smartphones i pads and all laptops for such a low price for example iphone 5s 64 GB which is 71000 INR in india the sites are selling in 21000INR. I would like to know the reality of such sites?
Whether to believe or they may be scam?

Wouldn't know what the **** is going on in India, this question is in the USA only section.

Those sites are either selling cheap Chinese knockoffs or they are stealing money and not selling antyhign
There are NO cheap iPhones anywhere. Apple controls the price and ONLY sells to authorised retailers to agree not to discount the phones UNLESS it's bought as part of a 2-3 year mobile phone contract
