ICloud Download to iMovie?

I made some videos on my iPhone. I usually can upload them to iMovie, edit in there and then upload to YouTube with no problem. Recently though when I try this I notice that there's the iCloud image with an exclamation mark being shown on my video clips. It wants me to download my videos from iCloud before I add them to iMovie. I've never had to do this before. Why is this? Shouldn't I be able to just retrieve the videos from my photos? Why do I have to download it from iCloud?

If it is no longer on the device, and only on iCloud, you must download it.
if your device runs low on space, it will remove large videos from device and keep on iCloud.
you should always offload old pics and vids to your PC, to make room for new ones.

  • Why isn't iMovie importing my sound? When ever i import my sound on iMovie it doesn't work. It been working for about a year but, it just suddenly stopped working. When i import it from my iPhone it works perfectly.also, when i play back the video on the camera the sound works, but when i import it, the sound disappears! Please I Really NEED Help!
