Icloud signed in but not locked?
Hi, I just bought an iPhone 4s off of ebay and the icloud is signed in under the previous owners apple id. I'm still however able to use the phone and download apps and everything. I don't know what I will be missing/losing if I don't return the phone and the old ID stays signed in to icloud
Added (1). It is wiped of everything but their contacts and the fact that they are signed into icloud. I'm asking if this will have any effect on me using the phone
It might be stolen as anyone selling it would have wiped it if it was theirs.

- Icloud signed in, can I still restore? I have an iPhone in which I'm signed into. There's no lock on it but there's just an cloudy account signed into it it still works and everything. But my question is if I put it into dfu mode and try to restore it will I be asked to sign into the unknown icloud account. Meaning will I need the password for the account?
- Does any iPhone User find that being signed into iCloud on your device affects battery life? I? I've had to turn off both location services and sign out of iCloud due to fear of either of those 2 features running down my brand new iPhone 7. It's such a shame because location services are used for many apps I use everyday. Do you think either feature really does affect battery life significantly? Do you still leave your location on regardless?
