I don't know what to do but it's driving me mad?

I had the iPod touch fourth-generation for a while now but recently I got the iPhone 5c. All the music that is on my iPod touch fourth-generation is also on iTunes. When I tried to transfer the music from iTunes onto my iPhone 5c not all of the music transferred over. I went back on iTunes and all the music that didn't transfer over was still on but they had a little i to the left of the song title. When I click on the song it says that the song can't be found and I have to locate it. Is there anyway that I could transfer the music that is still on my iPod touch fourth-generation over to iTunes so that I could put it on my iPhone 5c?

Yes, in this case, you need to find some third-party iPod transfer to tranasfer music from ipod to pc first, then add them to iTunes. This is an easy job. Don't be mad.

Some of the iPod transfer are free. I'm using Free one Syncios to do this kind of job all the time. You may have a try.
