Nope, it's the phone that's blacklisted not the SIM card or number. If it's blacklisted as stolen then it can be tracked and you could be arrested!
No blacklisted means the phone IMEI serial numbers has been added into the national database due to loss/theft/didn't pay. It will never be reactivated in the US ever again. Doesn't matter about SIM, account, or carrier. Basically it's an iPod 5 now.

- Iphone still reciving imessages without simcard in it? So my iphones screen got broken and has been sent of for repair. I took out my simcard and put it in a new phone however when people send messages from a iphone to me it sends a imessage to my broken phone what i don't recive as its been sent of for repair.
