If I already have a data plan for tmobile, when I buy my iphone do I need to buy another?
When I go to order it online, its forcing me to pick a data plan when I already have one for my current smart phone I want to replace. My family has a unlimited data plan already and I want to switch from my alcatel to a refurbished iphone 5.
When you update your phone, you also update your contract. If you want to just update the phone, buy it outright and install the sim card from your existing phone.
- Is the tmobile iPhone 5 already unlock? And will the tmobile 5 work on AT&T? I have recently been looking at buying an iPhone 5 and I found someone, but they have tmobile an I have AT&T. Will it work on AT&T? Also, how much would the newer SIM card be?
- IPhone 3GS unlocked for tmobile, no data plan? I want to get an iPhone and just us Wi-Fi no data can I turn that off, I think I can. Will tmobile charge me for data? Should I contact them? And no I don't want an iPod touch and basic cell phone. Will this work I need a 100% sure answers cause I can't afford the data plan.
- If I buy an iphone 5 from t-mobile do I need to change a new data plan? My boyfriend is planning to get me a iphone 5, but since I'm under my father's plan & my father refuses to get me an iphone. Can I get the iphone and just put my sim in- will it work the same? Or do I have to go to t-mobile myself and change it to another data plan?
- I want to get an iPhone 4-do I need to buy a data plan? I found out that now verizon is selling iphone4 for free with a 2 year contract but I don't need data. I already have the 2 year contract. Do I have to buy the data plan? The description doesn't really show anywhere that you need a data plan but I don't get it still.
