If I break my iPhone 4 will my phone company give me an iPhone 4s?

My phone company is Verizon. If my iPhone 4 isn't working well or breaks, will they replace it with another iPhone 4 or an iPhone 4s?

Apple is pretty good with stuff like this (not sure how your phone company works.) If you break something, you can take it in, and pay a reduced rate to get a refurbished item, but it has to be equal to what you brought in. You break an iPhone 4, they let you buy a refurbished iPhone 4 at a discount. The discount may be more than what you would pay for a new one when your contract is up, though.

No, that program ended while ago because they were losing money. Theyll send you a used iphone 4. Now they will send you a "Certified Pre-Owned" that almost have problems and have to be sent back. And they will just keep sending you "new" phones of the same phone until you get so fed up with it that you are forced to buy a new phone. I would get insurance.

  • When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
  • What happens if you break a phone that's paid monthly? So I have an iPhone 7 Plus that I pay $15/mo for, but I didn't think about the fact of what would happen if I broke it. Would I have to pay the rest of the $650 (retail price) up front? Or would they still charge me monthly on my bill?
  • What cell phone company works on jailbroken iPhone? My iPhone is jailbroken and I want it to stay that way. I want to use it for calling but which company should I use? Which one uses a sim card still?
  • Trading-in my water damaged phone to a phone company. Can they see my personal data? So i'm trading in my iPhone 6 for a newer version as it is water damaged (it won't turn on or anything) and my phone company said that they can recycle it. Does this mean that once they get it working, they will see all of my personal information, including photos, contacts etc? I've taken the SIM card out but I'm not sure what this contains.
