Like I buy a broken iPhone from someone andit's under their name, and has like button problems and then I have it replaced in the apple store or is that illegal?
Same answer as before. It will not be replaced as it is not your warranty and you don't have the original receipt in your name.
You have asked this question way to many times. The answer is no. If you have an apple care plan then THAT transfers, but if there was an apple care plan then they wouldn't be getting rid of the broken iphone in the first place. You are not the original owner, you will NOT be able to have it replaced. Warranties like this do not transfer with ownership.
