Lost Iphone 5 will it be replaced with an iphone 5s under warrenty?
Just like the question states… Will my iphone5 be replaced through verizons iphone warranty with the newer iphone 5s? I know you can't purchase the iphone 5 anymore…
Added (1). I lost my iphone 5 on a mexican cruise.
Added (2). I've already got the alpha-davit for my phone replacement… I know it's covered under lost/stolen replacement insurance. I pay for the insurance every month.
Replaced with a refurbished 5.
Lost phones are NOT covered under any warranty. If you got a replacement plan which covers just losses, they will only replace it with a iPhone 5, not a 5s
I don't believe it will be replaced. The phone works it is just lost.
If you don't have insurance, they won't give you anything. If you've insurance, then no need to worry. They'll give you iPhone 5C.

- When my iPhone 6 screen is replaced by apple, will the home button be replaced as well? Ever since I updated to iOS 9 on my iPhone 6, the home button has been totally unresponsive. On top of this, my phone was recently stepped on and the screen was shattered. I plan on paying the $109 to have the screen replaced from apple, but does that replace the home button too? I've heard that when the front screen panel is replaced, so is the home button/touch id.
