No. It only costs about 10$ for a new one anyway. When I switched from blackberry to iphone they transferred all my contacts and photos onto my new iphone. So I had no need for the old sim card anyway.
No. Depends completely on the iPhone you get. If you get the iPhone 5, 5c, or 5s. You will need a new sim card as they use nano sim cards. IPhone 4s and before use micro sim cards though. And micro sim cards are used by every blackberry and android device basically.
Depending on which iPhone you would have to cut it down to size. More importantly though is if the iPhone is on the same carrier as the the BlackBerry or unlocked. If neither then it wouldn't matter.
