If I buy an unlocked iPhone from Amazon can I use it without a plan?
I'm a collage student and was wondering if I could buy an unlocked iPhone on Amazon now and use it as an iPod until I could buy a plan from a provider.

If your sureee its unlocked then yes totally man it is no problem at all.

- If i buy an unlocked iphone on Ebay, can i use it on a virgin mobile plan? I saw the iphone on virgin moble and it is a little more than i would like to pay for. I checked ebay and i was going to bid on an iphone in hopes to get it for a cheaper price. So i was wondering if i buy a "factory unlocked" iphone on ebay, would i just be able to go to virgin mobile's website and activate it?
