If i change the iphone 4s backplate will it void the apple care?
I'm going to get the 4s with the $100 apple care warranty. If i change the back plate i will keep the original incase i need to put it back on to bring to store. Will they know i ever changed it? I think its stupid that taking off the back voids the warranty. You can take the back off of any other phone if you wanted to.
Yes any mod or jailbreak will void the warrenty.
there's a sensor that can tell if the front of back was removed.

CO2 is comparatively simple to eliminate than giving up iPhones because they require rare earth metals; and it isn't like our consumer waste just disappears when we throw it away.
