If i crack my iphone when i have a contract can i get it replaced?
I was outside ad i was walking back into my house and i have steps to my porch and it fell out of my yoga pants ahah… I got it like last month and i have a contract with sprint! I need to know if i can get it replaced!
No. Replacements are usually only for failures related to manufacture or similar.
You broke your phone, you deal with it yourself.
You could get it replaced in the apple shop but it will cost a lot! You are better off getting a new screen, the same thing happened to my friend when she was out for a run. She brought it to her Uncles friends shop and he fixed it for her. You would never of guessed it was broken. Just make sure you trust whoever it is that is fixing your phone. Hope this helps x

- If I get my iPhone 5 replaced can I get a new colour? I've read that if my phones still in warranty(iPhone 5) which it is, if I go to my local apple they will replace it. My iPhone is on contract for 1 more year. Would it be possible I could get a black one instead because I hate the white iPhone.
