If I delete a message from my iPhone, does it erased completely?
What I mean is, let's say I texted the wrong person and I want to get rid of it, so I delete it. Does this make the sent message delete it on the other persons text history as well? (that the other person won't be able to see it anymore).
No, the other person will still get it
It will be deleted from your phone, but the person on the other line with receive it
No… That person got the text… Lol… I've done that a few times. It sucks.
- Will upgrading iPhone 4 to iOS 6 completely delete jailbreak? I know it will get rid of jailbreak, which I don't mind at all. However, I have read through different forums that sometimes the jailbreak is never completely deleted because some files still remain in phone. I would not want that to be the case (I might as well not upgrade, I don't want those files possibly causing any performance problems). So, what say you? I want to try iOS 6 on my iPhone 4.
- Why won't my iPhone 4s let me delete the contacts completely? I have deleted the contact but when I go and send a new text their name still pops up, but when you press the name to text them the number comes up. For example if the name comes up "Sally" and you tap it it'll show up as "(123)456-7890." But I want to delete the contact completely! How? I have already deleted their text as well. But there number still pops up.
- When you update your Iphone, does your data get erased? My friend wants to updated her iphone 4 to the latest software, she wanted to know if the data gets erased?
- What does this mean: Free Msg: Receiver unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active mean on iPhone's iMessage? I tried sending my friend a text and it replied with this. We haven't gotten into any fights and we hung out for hours recently. Has she blocked me?
