If i delete iTunes and then re-download it will i lose everything on my iPhone?

So my iTunes is playing up, so I want to delete it and then re- download it.
If i delete it then re-download and plug my iPhone 4 into my computer will all my stuff on my iPhone move onto the computer? Or will i just lose everything?
If i will lose everything is it possible to not lose anything?

It will say that you can either keep the stuff on your iphone or sync this one (deleting all your stuff and replacing it with the stuff on your new acc.) In conclusion it will not automatically delete everything.

  • When I connect my iPhone to itunes, will it delete everything? I have never connected my iPhone to my computer but lately it's been acting up so I want to back it up and get the 5 in September if it's out. But I'am scared if I plug it into the computer, it will delete my videos and photos cause I didn't register it on my computer. I'm not a tech guy so yeah. If you guys can give me some instructions, that would be awesome.
