If I get an iPhone from AT&T how much will I be paying a month?

I only want 1 line for me. I want to get an iPhone 5C or 5S. My mom used to have AT&T a long time back, but she dumped them after they were charging her too much money, we were paying $200 for 2 iphones and 1 basic phone non smart phone. She went with Virgin mobile after. I wouldn't mind virgin mobile, but I don't want to pay $600+ for a stupid phone, I can only pay $199

I want to get an iPhone, but I need unlimited data, text, and calling and for under 85 a month, because that is what I'm paying now with sprint.\

If you have any suggestions for another phone company that has unlimited talk, text and data, for under $80 a month, where I can get an iPhone for $199, then let me know. I'm with sprint now and I do not like sprint. My mom won't let me go with T-mobile, she said they screwed her like sprint is doing to me.

Added (1). I need unlimited data because I'm afraid of going over, 1-2-3 gigs of data doesn't seem like a lot and I like to listen to pandora all the time. I don't have Wi-Fi at home.

Well if you need unlimited everything then you will pay more using the big carriers, otherwise you would need a cheaper carrier thats not as good but cheaper.

Simple answer would be to go to the website of the carrier you plan to go with & configure a plan.

What they state (assuming you don't go over the limits) is what you'd have to pay a month.

  • Why are people paying so much for an iPhone 5 on eBay? I saw that you can pre-order the iPhone 5 at the Apple Website for $200+ but people are paying $1000+ on eBay. Why is that? Why don't they just pre-order it themselves?
  • Is an Iphone worth paying 30 dollars a month for the data plan? So i'm a sophomore in college and i don't even have a smart phone. It feels like almost everyone has a iphone and feel like i'm missing out. I have an upgrade available through AT&T but my parents don't want to pay for a data plan. They said for my birthday in two weeks they are willing to get me an iphone and a year of data, and then i could just get my data plan renewed each year as my birthday gift. Do you think it is worth it? I'm thinking yes…
  • IPhone 5S for £38/$63 a month, or iPhone 5C for £33/$55 a month? I've just got an iPhone 5C, 24 months £33 a month, 500mb of data, £10 up front payment. But i've just realised that I might be able to just afford an extra £5 a month for the iPhone 5S, which would be 1gb data and £40 up front cost. So i'm tempted to swap for that, what do you think?
  • If I get a two year contract do I still pay month to month? So I have recently broke my phone and I heard the iPhone 5c is coming in a about a week, so if I bought the iPhone with Sprint would I still pay month to month or do I pay for 2 years up front?
