If I have a warranty with apple do I still have to pay to get my iPhone fixed?
I just found out I still have a one year warranty on my phone and I recently cracked it. So if I take it to my local apple store do I still have to pay to get it fixed with the warranty?
Added (1). Forgot to add. How much will I have to pay if I have the warranty that came with the phone?
There's 2 kinds of warranty if it's the stuff that came with the iPhone then yes you have to pay Apple isn't going to fix your screen for free unless you buy Apple care which includes accidental damage

- Would apple still replace my iphone if the warranty is over? I have the iphone 4 and the lock button broke and i'm currently in libya. There isn't an apple store in libya and my warranty ends on august 19, 2013 but i'm coming back on september 2, 2013. Do you think they would make an exception for my case. I really hope someone who works at apple could help me or answer my question.

It's right where my mic is but honesty it doesn't really affect anything on my phone. My main concern is my lock button. If I can't get a completely new product like some of my friends have gotten, can I just pay for the lock button portion? It said that it could repair that specific piece possibly. If so, how much is it usually?
- Will Apple still replace my iPhone 5S even though the warranty is out? Okay so the other day I noticed some very weird black particles in my photos, I tried cleaning the camera but it didn't work. I'm scheduled for a genius appointment tomorrow and my warranty is out. I don't want to have to spend $300 on getting a replacement. So would they still replace my iPhone or would I have to deal with their pathetic policies?

My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!
