If I have an iphone and ipod, do I have to make two separate itunes accounts?
I own the old ipod nano and i have an itunes account with itunes downloaded on my laptop. I'm hoping to buy an iphone soon, but will buying an iphone mean i can link my ipod itunes with my iphone? Or do i have to make a whole new itunes account?
If anybody has been in this situation or knows how everything works that would be great!
I have an iPod and iPhone and one account so you'll be fine.
All iPhones/iPads/iPods ect use the same software - iTunes - and so all have access to the same account, as long as you have your username and password, of course.
No. If you want something to download which you have already purchased on another device go onto iTunes. Then go to "Purchased", select which thing you want-Music, Films or TV Series and there will be a cloud icon with an arrow(iCloud) which, when you press it, will start downloading the item onto your device
- If I have used two iTune accounts and delete an app that I downloaded on my first one, can i re download it on my second one? I want to update an app on my iPhone, however, that app was downloaded on another iTunes account that i used to use and don't remember the password to. If I delete the app and re download it, can I download it on the current account that I use
- How to play two different accounts of clash of clans, on two separate iOS devices? I have been playing Clash on my iPhone 5S for awhile and decided to pair the same account/base to my iPod 5th gen. Although, now I would like to play two different "bases". I tried creating a whole different Game Center/apple account, and deleting/redownloading the game, but no matter what, the game on my iPod, keeps loading up the base from my iPhone. I would like to make a new one on my iPod and keep my iPhone base, is there a way I can do that?
- How to play music through two separate speaker systems through an iphone at the same time? My brother is having a party, and one speaker system needs to be at one end of the house, and the other system at the other end. How can I play music from the one iphone onto the two systems at the same time?
- How to keep my apps and music separate from iPod and iPhone? Got a new iPhone 5 but now don't want the whole space being filled with all my songs and rather keep all my songs and apps just on my iPod. So how can I separate the two or is their no way. Cause my iPhone 5 is 16gb and my iPod has 22GB of songs.
