If I haven't started my plan with fido yet and i put my sim card into my iphone will i get billed?
I just got my iphone 4s and sim card from fido. I don't want to start my plan yet, but will i get billed if I put my sim card into my phone? I can't even get through through the start up of my phone because it says i need to insert a sim card.
