If I jailbreak my iphone 5c, will I need to get it re-activated with my carrier?
Will I lose service from verizon (my cell provider) when I jailbreak? I don't want to have to take it to a verizon store and explain that I want them to reactivate it after a jailbreak. Also, does jailbreaking affect upgrading to a new phone?
- I simply want to jailbreak my 5c and still have service from verizon afterwards, and be able to upgrade when i need to
1. Doubtful on the reactivation.
2. Yes, it does affect upgrading
3. Why do you want to jailbreak in the first place?
Jailbreaking has nothing to do with carrier activation.
